We are proud that after several years in business our return rate is very, very small, almost 0% of our customer return their orders to us. This result is due to our impeccable packing, product quality and our great shipping partners that make all of this possible. You can buy in confidence.
However, in the very unfortunate event that an order happens to arrive damaged or incorrect, we will be there for you!
Our mission is to make you happy. That is why in the unfortunate case you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know asap and we will arrange a quick return for you.
We usually give 30 days to do so.
If the product arrives damaged please notify us within 24h of receipt of the goods with a couple of photos showing the problem.
At the moment all sales are finals outside the U.S. Canada and Mexico, anyway let us know if you change your mind and want another pan or made a mistake in buying yours, and we will find a solution for you.

Refund amount are based on the percentage of work that has been completed as the time requested. Materials and labor already spent will be deducted from refund amount.
Returns are not accepted for custom built products. If there is an issue with damage, or breakarage, we will work diligentely with you and the freight company to have it repaired at their cost or have a new item made at their cost as well.

You must send us a photo of your product and, if it is damaged, the photo of the damage so we can approve it.
Any items returned without authorization, returned to the incorrect location, or returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition (used) are subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your final refund.Per inspection, as long as the product is found in new condition and received in its original packaging, you will be issued the refund you are due.
If a returned product is determined to be in damaged or unsaleable condition, it will be subject to additional fees being deducted from the credit, or the credit may be denied completely. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
COST
We offer free returns for incorrect products or product defects. For any other case the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If the return is due to buyer changing mind, product not needed or any other cause not due to our company`s fault, we will charge 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our factory.
PRODUCT LOST DURING TRANSPORTATION
Please write us in the case this happens. Initially we will work with the shipping carrier to try to find it and in case it is not possible, we will send you a total refund quickly.
WHEN REFUND WILL BE RECEIVED
In the case you are eligible for a refund, you should expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: All our products are carefully handmade with hours of work to offer the best quality possible. Due to the nature of our works, each product is unique and slight difference in color or shape are considered variation which add quality and a result of a good artisan work.
Note: goods that are personalized, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
