The Amoretti Brothers 14.5" Copper Wok with Long Handle is hand-hammered from 2mm solid copper — the fastest heat-conducting material available. The extended handle keeps your hand away from the flame while giving you the leverage and control that serious stir-frying demands.

The double tin lining, applied by hand, creates a naturally non-reactive surface that improves with use. The copper long handle, balanced and riveted, gives you the reach and grip to toss, flip, and finish with confidence over high flame.
